When to use it

How to use it
STEP 1
Stick up the poster in your workshops or if working remotely on your collaboration software (Miro, Mural, Jam Boards etc).
STEP 2
Start by defining your wicked problem or challenge to address.
STEP 3
Write down your wicked mission, which clearly states what the desired outcome state
STEP 4
Fill out the remaining sections as best you can, defining what you need and why for each.
STEP 5
